Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 3 January 2017 is 7.358% p.a.
(“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 3 April 2017 (*Modified Following), for the
period 3 January 2017 to 2 April 2017, will be calculated based on the rate of 9.958% p.a.
(260bps over JIBAR).
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the
weekend or public holiday falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the
weekend or public holiday will be used instead.
