RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Keaton shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 24
November 2016 relating to the receipt of non-binding expressions of interest from various parties for
the possible acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the company.
The non-binding expressions of interests are still in the process of being considered. Accordingly,
Keaton shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Keaton shares until a
further announcement is made in this regard.
