Shareholders are hereby advised that RAC has received formal notification in the prescribed
format that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited has, on behalf of the Coronation
Group and its clients (“Coronation”), disposed of RAC Preference Shares.
The total interest in the preference shares of RAC held by Coronation decreased from 20.01%
to 19.94% of the total issued preference shares of RAC.
