CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
It is with great regret that the board of directors (“Board”)
announces the resignation of Mr JNS du Plessis as an
independent non-executive director, with immediate effect, due
to personal considerations including time constraints as a
result of his present work load.
Mr Du Plessis played a pivotal role in the stability and
structure of the Board since the listing of the Company on the
JSE in 2010, and his intellectual wisdom will be dearly
missed. The Board and the Company wish to thank Mr du Plessis
for his valuable contribution to the Board and the Company
since joining in 2010.
