RESIGNATION OF BLUE LABEL INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Yusuf Mahomed has
tendered his resignation as a director of Blue Label and a member of the sub committees to the Board due to reasons
of poor health, with immediate effect.
Mr Mahomed has made an outstanding contribution to Blue Label and it is with sadness that the Board accepts his
resignation and wished Mr Mahomed a full and speedy recovery.
