Appointment of director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Stefaan Sithole (BComm, BAcc, CA (SA)) has been appointed as an independent non
executive director and member of the audit committee of the company with effect from Friday
13 January 2017.
Mr Sithole is currently the Managing Partner of Sithole Incorporated and Sithole SS Chartered
Accountants and was previously a partner at Fisher Hoffman Sithole. He serves as Chairman and
member on numerous private and public sector audit committees. Mr Sithole completed his articles
with Deloitte Haskins and Sell.
Ms Zarina Bassa, Chairman of YeboYethu, stated that she welcomed the appointment and was
looking forward to Mr Sithole’s contribution on the Board.
