DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN PICK N PAY STORES LIMITED
In accordance with section 122(1)(a) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the
JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management
Proprietary Limited, on behalf of the Coronation Group, on behalf of their clients, has
acquired an additional beneficial interest in the issued securities of the company. Its
total beneficial interest now amounts to 10.01% of the total issued securities of the
class.
Formal notification has been received from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary
Limited. Pick n Pay Stores Limited has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
