NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND PARAGRAPH 3.83(b)
OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122(3) of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), shareholders are advised that the Company has received formal
notification from the following shareholders in respect of their ordinary issued share holdings in the
Company:
• Capital Group Companies, Inc. has reduced its holding to a total interest of 4.4605%;
• Clients of Allan Gray (Pty) Limited have, in aggregate, increased their holding to a total interest of
6.6123%.
As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
