DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 December 2014 wherein
shareholders were advised that John King, a director of the Company, had entered into an option collar
hedge (“the Collar”) in respect of 100 000 EOH shares. The Collar would settle on 9 January 2017, having a
put strike price of R101.36 and a call strike price of R152.60. Given that the share price of EOH shares on
9 January 2017 was higher than the call strike price of R152.60, the Collar was automatically settled off-
market, resulting in the delivery of 100 000 EOH shares to the counterparty at R152.60 per share, and
representing a total value of R15 260 000.
