CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Pankaj Ranchod has tendered his resignation as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 31 January 2017.
The board of Visual wishes him all the best for the future and extends its gratitude to
Pankaj for his valuable and frank contribution and substantial time, particularly during the
past year when he helped guide the Company back to a stronger financial position.
Shareholders are advised that the Company still has four independent non-executive
directors on its board and accordingly will not be required to appoint another non-
executive director at present.
