DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 31 December 2016. The distribution of 6.08112 cents per CoreShares Green security
will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 4.18175 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.62726 cents
Resultant net dividend 3.55449 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 1.14926 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%) 0.17239 cents
Net dividend 0.97687 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 0.75011 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.11252 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.63759 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares Green securities who were recorded in the
register on 30 December 2016 and will be paid on 23 January 2017.
