Holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of
the quarter ended 31 December 2016. The distribution of 24.94823 cents per CoreShares EWTop40
security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 16.07965 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 2.41195 cents
Resultant net dividend 13.66770 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 4.60469 cents

holders)
