DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 31 December 2016. The distribution of 55.45123 cents per PropTrax SAPY security will
be comprised as follows:
Gross REIT Distribution 55.45094 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%) 8.31764 cents
Net dividend 47.13330 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 0.00029 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.00004 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.00025 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were recorded in the
register on 30 December 2016 and will be paid on 23 January 2017.
