DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr Andre Broodryk, the company‘s financial director, has
resigned with effect from 23 January 2017 in order to pursue personal interests. The
Board thanks Mr Broodryk for the outstanding contribution made during his tenure as
financial director and wishes him well for the future. The company’s Group Financial
Manager, Mr. Andries Cronje, will fill the position of acting financial director with
immediate effect, and until further notice.
