RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at a general meeting of Super Group shareholders held today, Tuesday, 24 January
2017 (“the General Meeting”), for the purpose of considering the resolutions necessary to provide the board of
directors of the Company with a general authority to issue shares for cash, all of the resolutions proposed were
approved by the requisite majorities.
As at Friday, 13 January 2017, being the Voting Record Date, the total number of issued Super Group ordinary shares
was 359,085,434. The number of Super Group shares present or represented by proxy was 295,559,609,
representing 82,31% of the issued share capital of the Company and 84,74% of the shares in issue excluding Treasury
Shares as at the Voting Record Date.
The voting results in respect of the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting are as follows:
