NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN METAIR
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended and paragraph 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair shareholders are advised that the Company has received
notification that Berkeley Private Wealth Limited has unbundled its shareholding in Metair, into its parent
company, Coronation Group Investments Limited (“Coronation”). Following the unbundling, Coronation has
disposed of a beneficial interest in Metair securities (the “Disposal”).
Following the Disposal, Coronation now holds 4.367% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
