Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures - ETFGLD
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 26 January 2017, issued an additional 150,000
AfricaGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R160.40 per additional AfricaGold
debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 1,486.1831 fine troy ounces of
gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 750,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 7,457.896 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
