CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Ms Nomagugu Mtetwa (“Gugu”) has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2017 and will also serve on the
Nomination, Audit and Risk and Social and Ethics committees.
Gugu, is a chartered accountant with over 14 years of experience and was a former audit partner at PwC.
She is currently the chairperson of Siyakhula Women Investments and an independent non-executive
director at the Development Bank of Southern Africa and Aviation Co-ordination Services.
We look forward to Gugu’s contribution to the Company and welcome her to the board of directors.
