CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RETIREMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Shareholders are advised that after more than 24 years of service to Cargo Carriers,
Mr Murray Bolton, who will be turning 60 in September 2017, has notified the Board
of his intention to retire as Chief Executive Officer within the next 12 month period
in order to enjoy a greater degree of personal and family time.
The Board will immediately commence with the process of identifying and
appointing a successor to Murray and implement the appropriate measures to
ensure a smooth transition to a new leadership team. Further announcements in
this regard will be made in due course.
