CHANGE IN TRANSFER SECRETARIES
The Board of directors of Adcorp wishes to advise shareholders that the Company
has transferred responsibility for transfer secretarial services to Trifecta Capital
Investor Services (Pty) Ltd (“Trifecta”) with effect from 31 January 2017. Trifecta will
change their name to Terbium Financial Services on 6 February 2017.
