Shareholders are advised that the Company?s Annual Report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the period
ended 31 August 2016, will be posted today, Tuesday, 31 January 2017, and contains no changes to the abridged audited
consolidated financial results which were published on the SEM and SENS on 17 October 2016. A copy of the Company?s Annual
Report is available on the Company?s website: www.newfrontierprop.com.
Included in the Annual Report is a notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, which will be held at 2nd
Floor, 86 Brook Street, London, W1K 5AY, United Kingdom on Tuesday, 28 February 2017 at 10:00 UK time (12:00 South
African time; 14:00 Mauritian time).
