CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement issued on SENS on 31 October 2016 in which it
was stated that the current Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), Mr Anthony Sher, is leaving as a
director and employee of Adcorp. In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Sher will resign as a director and employee of Adcorp
with immediate effect. The process of recruiting a replacement CFO has already begun and we
hope to conclude this expeditiously.
In the interim, Mr Lionel Wilson CA(SA) is appointed as the acting CFO for Adcorp. Mr Wilson was
employed at Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings Limited for 14 years holding various senior executive
roles, including that of Executive Director for Finances and Chief Operating Officer. He
subsequently held the position of CFO at Kelly Group Limited for three years and has been
employed at Adcorp for the last two years, after the acquisition of Kelly Group Limited by Adcorp,
as Chief Risk Officer and financial manager of the shared services division.
