CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Brandon Topham has notified the Board of his intention to
resign as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 28 February 2017 in order to be able to
dedicate a greater amount of time to his other business and personal interests.
The Audit Committee has commenced with the process of identifying a successor to Brandon
and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
