CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ingenuity shareholders are advised, in compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, that Mr Samuel Ronald Leon has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director to Ingenuity’s board of directors (“Board”) with effect from 2 February 2017.
Mr Leon has over 35 years of experience across all sectors of the property industry. He was a founder of
the transformation of Growthpoint into SA’s largest listed property REIT, and is currently the deputy
chairman of the Investec Property Fund Limited.
We look forward to Mr Leon’s contribution to Ingenuity and welcome him to the Board.
