Payment of scheme consideration, delisting and appraisal rights
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23 January 2017.
Computershare has confirmed that all the remaining shareholders have been paid. The
Takeover Regulation Panel has issued a compliance certificate in terms of sections 119(4)(b)
and 121(b) of the Companies Act, 2008.
The listing of the shares of Gooderson on the JSE was terminated at the commencement of
trade on 7 February 2017.
Two dissenting shareholders exercised their appraisal rights and the process is continuing.
