NOTICE OF THE ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, MRI shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received notification from Growth Equities Proprietary Limited (“Growth Equities”) that
Growth Equities has acquired a beneficial interest in MRI such that Growth Equities holds 18.88% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
