INTEREST RATE RESET
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 06 February 2017 is 7.35% p.a. (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 05 May 2017 (*Modified Following), for the period
06 February 2017 to 04 May 2017, will be calculated based on the following rates.
BGL03 10.85% p.a. (350bps over JIBAR); and
BGL10 11.35% p.a. (400bps over JIBAR)
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the weekend or public holiday
falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the weekend / public holiday will be used instead.
Next reset date: 05 May 2017.
