RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, we are pleased to advise shareholders
that Mr Anthony Diepenbroek has accepted the Company’s offer to become part of Balwin’s
management with effect from 9 February 2017.
Therefore Mr Diepenbroek will not have the capacity to chair the Social & Ethics Committee
or serve as a Non-Executive Director and therefore had to resign in these capacities.
The Board of Balwin would like to thank him for his contribution to Balwin at a Board level, and
are looking forward to his contributions at a management level.
