RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that Mr Kevin Hedderwick has regretfully tendered
his resignation as a director of Tiger Brands,
due to his unavailability for a six month period ,
during which he will be undergoing and
recuperating from unplanned back and knee
surgery.
His resignation will take place with immediate
effect.
The Board wishes Mr Hedderwick a full and speedy
recovery.
