RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released today, 14 February 2017,
setting out the results of the general meeting of shareholders and specifically to
the update provided in respect of the status of the Subscription and Repurchase
Agreement. Shareholders are advised that the Subscription and Repurchase
Agreement was entered into between the Company and Connectnet
Broadband Wireless (Pty) Ltd on 17 November 2016 and not on 17 November 2017,
as disclosed in the aforementioned announcement.
