RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
The Board of Directors of Distell (“the Board”) hereby announces that
Mr KA Hedderwick has resigned as a non-executive director from the
Board of Distell, with effect from 14 February 2017.
Mr Hedderwick has regretfully tendered his notice due to his
unavailability for a six-month period during which he will be
undergoing and recuperating from unplanned back and knee surgery.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Hedderwick for his contribution to the
Company and wishes him a speedy recovery.
