DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of Rockcastle (“the Board”) has declared a dividend of 5.189 USD cents per share for the six
months ended 31 December 2016. This represents an increase of 12.1% over the comparable prior period and is within the
guidance of between 11% and 13%.
This announcement is being released in terms of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”).
Subject to final regulatory approvals, shareholders will be given the option to receive their dividend either in cash or as a
scrip dividend. A circular containing details of this election, accompanied by announcements on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited as well as the website of the SEM will be issued in due course.
