RE-APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 11 August 2016, in terms
of which it was advised that Mr Ian Isdale would assume the position of
Company Secretary on an interim consultancy basis for 6 months with effect
from 31 August 2016, after which a permanent appointment would be made.
In this regard, Mr Isdale’s appointment has been extended to 28 February
2018.
The Board of Directors of Famous Brands is satisfied that Mr Isdale has the
required skills and experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.
