PFF SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES CAPITAL RAISING
PFF is pleased to announce that it has received irrevocable commitments
from invited investors to subscribe for shares in PFF to the value of
approximately R2.06 billion in terms of the private placement detailed in
its pre-listing statement dated 13 February 2017 (“Pre-listing Statement”).
As indicated in the Pre-listing Statement, 117 000 000 new PFF shares were
available to invited investors in terms of the private placement at R4.50
per share. Invited investors applied for 458 349 875 new PFF shares,
resulting in the private placement being almost four times oversubscribed.
Subject to final approval by the JSE Limited (“JSE”), PFF’s listing on the
JSE’s main board is expected to commence on Thursday, 2 March 2017.
PSG Capital acted as the bookrunner for the private placement.
