Exxaro shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited on 22 November 2016 wherin the Company advised of the unwind of
its existing BEE transaction and the proposed terms of the replacement BEE transaction.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still ongoing and that continued caution should be
exercised when dealing in Exxaro shares.
