CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR
Shareholders are referred to the Profit and Cash Dividend announcement released by Sun International
on SENS on 22 August 2016, advising that, among others and going forward, the Company would be
changing its year–end from 30 June to 31 December, to align with its Chilean operations, which, in terms
of statutory requirements, are required to have a 31 December year-end.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Sun International will be releasing its financial results for the
year ended 31 December 2016 on SENS on or about Monday 27 March 2017 and a short form
announcement in the business press on or about Tuesday 28 March 2017.
