In accordance with section 122(3)(b)of the Companies Act, No. 71
of 2008, as amended, and in accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of
the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form
that Old Mutual Investment Group Proprietary Limited (“OMIG”), on
behalf of its clients, has reduced its interest in the Company’s
issued preference shares, such that the total interest held by
OMIG, on behalf of its clients, amounts to 4.91% of the total issued
preference share capital of the Company.
