FULL REDEMPTION OF MAQ0I1 NOTES
This Notice references the Tranche of Floating Rate Notes listed on the Interest Rate Market of the JSE
under stock code number MAQ0I1 issued by Macquarie Securities South Africa Limited, under the
Macquarie Securities South Africa Limited ZAR10,000,000,000 Debt Instrument Programme pursuant to
the Programme Memorandum, dated 8 September 2016 (the MAQ0I1 Note tranche).
The total Nominal Amount of the MAQ0I1 Note tranche prior to the redemption is ZAR 500,000,000.
Macquarie as Issuer, herein gives notice of its exercise of the call option to redeem in whole the total
aggregate of the MACQ0I1 Note tranche pursuant to paragraph 3(a) of the Final Terms read with
condition 9.3 of the Notes Terms and Conditions.
