Phumelela shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcements released by Phumelela on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited regarding the acquisition by Phumelela of a 50% interest in Supabets SA
Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Supabets”) and the funding thereof.
Shareholders are advised that all approvals and conditions have been obtained and the 50% ownership in Supabets
has been transferred to Phumelela.
