Mr Clement Burns Booth has resigned as a non-executive director from the boards of
Sanlam Limited and Sanlam Life Insurance Limited with effect from 08 March 2017.
Sanlam chairman, Desmond Smith, thanked Clement for the contribution he has made
to the boards of directors of Sanlam Limited and Sanlam Life Insurance Limited since
his appointment in 2015. The board of directors of Sanlam wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
