CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF A DIRECTOR’S AND OF ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR’S
HOLDINGS OF THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that on 6 March 2017, PGR 2 Investments (Pty) Ltd (“PGR2”) an associate of
Sean Melnick (a director of Peregrine) by virtue of his indirect beneficial interest in PGR2, transferred
6 833 701 Peregrine shares at a price of R28.55 per share (“the shares”) (for a total value of
R195 102 163.55) to the Champion Trust (“the trust”), an associate of Sean Melnick by virtue of him being
a beneficiary of the trust. The trust then transferred the shares to Sean Melnick, thus changing the nature of
his interest in the shares from indirect beneficial to direct beneficial.
The transactions were conducted on the same date, off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
