In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
Due to personal priorities and various business commitments, Mr
Khutso Ignatius Mampeule will be resigning as an independent non-
executive director of Comair Limited (and his associated positions
on the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination
Committee and Social and Ethics Committee), with effect from 31 March
2017. The Comair Board thanks Mr Mampeule for his valuable
contribution to the Board over the past 13 years.
