Change to the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr John Doidge, an independent non-executive director of Accelerate since 1 June
2013, has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 April
2017.
Following the above appointment, the Audit and Risk Committee will comprise of:
- Mr Tim Fearnhead (Chairman)
- Dr Gert Cruywagen
- Ms Kolosa Madikizela
- Mr John Doidge
