CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Terrence Chauke, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Wearne with effect from
22 March 2017.
Terrence is the IDC’s nominated director on the Wearne board. The board welcomes Terrence and
wishes him well in his new appointment.
