In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on the 22 March 2017, Lewis Group
Limited became aware of the following:
- disposal of shares by Allan Gray (Pty) Ltd (“Allan Gray”), on behalf of
its clients, such that Allan Gray’s total interest in the company has
decreased to 8.56% of the issued capital of the company.
