In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised of a change in company secretary from Exceed (Cape Town) Inc. to Fusion Corporate
Secretarial Services Proprietary Limited (“Fusion”), with effect from 3 April 2017.
The Board of Gaia is satisfied that Fusion has the necessary competence and qualifications to act as
company secretary, with combined experience of approximately 17 years.
