MATURITY ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Real People’s RP005 Applicable Pricing Supplement,
investors are herewith advised of the following maturity of notes.

Books Close Date: 22 March 2017
Maturity Date: 31 March 2017
Final Maturity Amount: ZAR 69,900,000.00, which represents 100% of the current notes
in issue
The Issuer advises that neither the principal amount of the RP005 bond due today nor the interest due for the
period 31 December 2016 to 31 March 2017 (“the payments”) will be settled via the STRATE system in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable pricing supplement. The Issuer has/ is in the
process of making arrangements directly with the Noteholders for an alternative settlement of the bonds,
including, where agreed, the issue of a replacement note.
