CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Trencor
announces that at the forthcoming annual general meeting, and with effect therefrom,
Mr JE (Jim) Hoelter will retire as a non-executive director.
Appreciation:
Jim has served as a non-executive director of Trencor since 2002. He joined Textainer
Group Holdings Limited in 1987 and was President and CEO of Textainer until 1998,
whereafter he served as a non-executive director on its board until his retirement in May
2016.
The board extends its appreciation to Jim for his contribution and wishes him well in his
retirement.
