CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given of the appointment of Mr David Rosevear as an independent
non-executive director of the company with immediate effect. The directors of the
Company welcome David to the board and look forward to a long and valued working
relationship with him.
Mr Petrus Funani Mojono replaces Ms Andisiwe Kawa as chairman of the board of
directors. Ms Kawa has resigned from her position as non-executive director and board
chairman with immediate effect. The board thanks Ms Kawa for her valuable contribution
made during her tenure as board chairman.
Mr Landiwe Mahlangu has been appointed to the Company’s audit committee to fill the
vacancy left by Mr Gavin Tipper’s resignation, and will now chair the committee.
