to Shareholders.
The summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, as
set out in the Integrated Report, contain no modifications from the summarised audited consolidated
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2016, which were published on the Stock Exchange
News Service on Thursday, 23 February 2017.
The Company’s detailed audited consolidated annual financial statements are available on the

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 88th annual general meeting (“AGM”) of Shareholders will be held in the
boardroom of the Company, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby, Johannesburg, South Africa on
Thursday, 25 May 2017 at 10:00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the AGM, forming
part of the Integrated Report.
